How Does The Pipe Relining Process Work?

To begin the drain pipe relining process, our highly trained plumbers perform a CCTV drain camera inspection to locate the blockage. For thorough cleaning, the likely choice of tool will be high powered jet drain cleaning.

After the pipes are cleared, and we’re confident pipe relining solutions make the most sense, we’ll prepare a custom sleeve. Only a simple entry point is required for the sleeve to be fed through the drain.

Once the pipe lining is in place, the sleeve is inflated using compressed air. The outer layer bonds to your existing piping and sets in place.

Following the bonding process, we deflate the sleeve and it’s removed. We’ll give the pipe one final CCTV inspection to confirm the process was successful.

In a short amount of time, your pipes will be reinforced like a new pipe, and are expected to last for another 35-50 years.
