Coronavirus Service Update
Metropolitan Plumbing is still open and ready to serve you 24/7, every day of the year. We even operate within the hour* for all your general maintenance and emergency needs.
Metropolitan Plumbing is Still Open
Plumbing is an essential trade and in these unprecedented times, Metropolitan plumbers are still available. The nature of a plumber’s work means that they always need to be conscious of good hygiene practice and in the current circumstances they are doubly so. They are fully aware of how vital it is to observe social distancing and are diligent about hand washing. If you have a plumbing issue, you can be confident that we can fix it without fuss. At the moment there are restrictions about large gatherings, but there is absolutely no need for you to put up with a cold shower or even dripping taps.
Still Available all Hours
All of our normal plumbing services are still available at all hours. We are a 24 hour service where there are no extra charges after hours. If you are staying home more than usual, it is even more important that your plumbing works properly. Blocked drains still need to be cleared and leaking pipes repaired. Plumbing is essential.
Plumbing doesn’t Stop
At Metropolitan we are aware of the current uncertainty about many things. These are not normal times. But rest assured that plumbing has to go on and that Metropolitan plumbers will remain available whenever you need them.
Precautions
For your peace of mind, Metropolitan Plumbing can reassure all our customers that we as a business are taking precautions and keeping up with government advice on how to operate during these unusual circumstances.
This includes:
- All our technicians staying healthy
- Sanitising and washing their hands appropriately
- Ensuring they are clean before and after coming in contact with anyone
- Abiding by social distancing expectations
- Minimising their chance of coming in contact with the virus
If necessary, our technicians can attend to your plumbing issues with as little human contact as possible.
We will do our utmost to ensure that all our customers and staff are kept healthy and safe, and we urge you to adhere to all the scientific and medical advice available to us and we’ll all get through this.
