Like all solar based systems, the Rinnai Prestige can be affected by cloud cover. Fortunately, these solar hot water systems come equipped with an electric or continuous flow gas booster system which will kick into gear automatically if your solar panels aren’t able to capture enough sunlight.

This way, even on cloudy days, you’ll always have a continuous supply of hot water. Like all Rinnai hot water systems, the Prestige systems are designed to be as energy efficient as possible. In fact, the TiNOX technology used in all prestige solar collectors has been specifically engineered to maximise solar energy capture and enhance hot water production.

Unlike many other solar hot water systems available, the Prestige systems can be fitted with a frost protection kit so that your unit isn’t affected by frost damage during the cooler months.

Closed Coupled

The Rinnai Prestige closed coupled system is designed to have both the tank and the panels installed on the roof and is ideal for homes with limited backyard space to house a hot water tank. The Rinnai Prestige solar system has been designed with aesthetics in mind and its sleek design means that it won’t be an eyesore on your roof. Additionally, the Rinnai Prestige can be ordered in a range of Colorbond colours so that your unit can be matched to your roof.

These solar systems can be ordered in either a 180 litre or a 330-litre tank size and can be fitted with up to three solar collectors.

Flat Plate

Rinnai’s Prestige flat plate solar hot water systems are some of the most popular solar systems on the market and come in a variety of sizes to suit just about every household. The Rinnai Prestige can be purchased in either a 250 litre or 315-litre capacity tank and can also be ordered with up to three solar collectors to suit the number of people in your home.

Whilst there are many different solar hot water systems on the market, the Rinnai Prestige is a stand out of the product because of its top-quality manufacturing and practical design. Firstly, its split system design means that only the solar collectors need to be installed on your roof, with the hot water tank itself installed on the ground.
