Rinnai Infinity 26 Troubleshooting

1. Check power supply by plugging in another appliance to test if it’s working
2. Check the gas supply by turning a cooktop burner on and then turning on the hot water tap. If the flame drops it is probably a gas supply issue.
3. Check if there is enough water flowing.
4. Clean the hot water system filter and also water restrictors in shower heads and taps
